Refund policy

We want you to love what you wear. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ve got you covered.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Custom or limited-edition items may not be eligible unless damaged or misprinted.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us at service@wearurvoice.com with your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable).

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

  3. If approved, you’ll receive instructions to return the item or receive a replacement.

Refunds & Replacements:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

  • If the issue is our fault (printing error, wrong item, damaged product), we’ll cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

  • We don’t offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or shipping delays outside our control.
